They've just opened up, and just in time! My cat, Trooper, got her tail caught in a door and we were worried about infection. The whole experience, from the booking on the phone to the reception, and the crew inside, was just awesome. Dr Cook is kind, confident & informative and went above and beyond to help us out. Shout out to Jay as well, great with Trooper also and a good guy. Thanks team . Safe to say Trooper and I both enjoyed our time with you. And Trooper's tail is quickly on the mend. Absolutely the BEST NEW Veterinarian Clinic in Kelowna! I brought our puppy in for vaccinations and the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted and felt like family. The examination was thorough and gentle. Puppy was so relaxed, he fell asleep! If I could leave 10 STARS, I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Brought my Shihtzu in for the first time on Monday. With extremely short notice the staff were able to book me an appointment! My dog was very sick and they were quick to diagnose her and treat her. They also fit her in for a biopsy/surgery and removed a small mass that had formed on her back. They were great through the whole visit. The staff and vet were all very kind, informative and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them if you need a great vet in Kelowna.
